ShareWorld's classes are designed to introduce students to the task of expressing focused points and ideas in the form of an organized essay.

The small group class will focus on the five-paragraph essay, making sure that students have a deep understanding of the parts that make up the five-paragraph essay - top sentences, concrete details, commentary, and thesis statements.

SAT I Intensive Classes
Students will analyze, take, and review SAT Critical Reading and Writing tests, plus write SAT Writing essays.

SAT I Critical Reading & Writing
Same as the SAT Intensive classes plus extended grammar and vocabulary exercises.

Write into College
This course will focus on the writing and communication skills necessary for a student to enter the college of his or her choice. In particular, we will focus on the narrative essay, the persuasive essay, and interview and public speaking skills

Literature Analysis
Students will review literary forms, read essays, short stories, and poetry, respond to writing prompts, and practice one section from the SAT Writing test or SAT II Literature test.

Essay Writing
Students will complete grammar exercise, read model essays and respond to writing prompts.

English Literature
Students will keep a reading log, respond to writing prompts, and make two short oral presentations, Substitutions may be make according to students' summer reading assignments.
