Our Faculty
All of our teachers have excellent educational backgrounds with at least a master's degree in their area of expertise and years of teaching experience at all academic levels. Our foreign language classes are all taught by native speakers who know how to strengthen grammar and speech.

Mr. Stephen Johnson

Mr. Johnson is an accomplished linguist who has studied numerous languages, including Chinese and Japanese. With 25 years of teaching experience, his lively and interactive teaching style makes him one of the most popular and effective instructors at ShareWorld.
Several of our SAT Verbal 800 students attribute their success on the exam solely to Mr. Johnson's teaching methods and students are often surprised with their significant score improvement after completing Mr. Johnson's curriculum.

Mr. Peter Chang
 |
Mr. Chang has over ten years of teaching experience specifically related to SAT I&II Math. Mr. Chang's passion and dedication to teaching has allowed him to develop several unique SAT preparation methods to help simulate the actual exam for students by immersing them in problems similar to those on the test. His course also pinpoints and conquers students' difficulties to maximize results with minimal time. Mr. Chang's class is known for the dramatic score improvements of his students, and the number of students who score 800 after taking his course is remarkable. Besides SAT Math classes, he also teaches foundation math classes.

Ms. Jennifer Gagliardi

Ms. Gagliardi has eight years of English teaching experience. She specializes in teaching SAT preparation, English writing, Social Studies and Adult education programs. Her teaching experience and her comprehensive teaching style make it easy for students to absorb and retain the materials.

Ms. Candace Hardy

Ms. Hardy brings her experience as a former businesswoman, high school English teacher and published writer to the task of teaching reading and writing skills that work both for students who want to perform well on SAT test and for students who want to improve their grades.

Ms. Jessica Chan
 |
Jessica Chan is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley,
with a double major in English and economics. She has tutored the SAT
critical reading and writing; the SAT II literature; the ISEE, SSAT,
ACTs, and other standardized tests; general reading and grammar
skills; and essay writing and proofreading for all grades and at the
college level. She has worked at the Bay Area Tutoring Centers,
Westlake High School, Williard Middle School, Adult Literacy in San
Leandro, and as a mentor at Berkeley High School. Jessica was born in
Toronto, Canada and has lived in California for the last 13 years.

Mr. Rolf Truhitte

Mr. Truhitte is a graduate of UCLA, English Literature. He has extensive experience in teaching English Literature, Writing, U.S., World History and college counseling.

Mr. Mike Chang

Mr. Chang has over ten years of teaching experience. Mr. Chang's teaching methods with problem immersion in Math, Physics and Chemistry lead to significant score improvement for students in his class on the SAT I Math and SAT II Science subject exams.
